5. Buyer Terms
Buyers agree to provide accurate payment and delivery information. Any order placed constitutes a firm commitment to purchase, subject to applicable withdrawal rights.
6. Payments and Pricing
All prices are displayed in local currency or the currency selected by the user. SOUAD MALL charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on SOUAD MALL (logos, texts, images, design) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
SOUAD MALL acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We cannot be held responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold, nor for the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time in case of violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the country where SOUAD MALL operates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
